Products

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. Colors, sizing, placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and normal manufacturing variations.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, wording, colors, and other details provided for custom or personalized products. Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Shipping

Processing and delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Sassy Cups LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom, personalized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
