Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. During holidays, sales, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Sassy Cups is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you and file a claim with the carrier.
