We want you to love your Sassy Cups purchase! Returns are accepted on eligible, unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that custom, personalized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
